Home Gym Equipment Tips

Although I personally have a home gym, last week i was on the road and decided to go for a casual gym visit; but it was harder than i expected! I was made to fill out forms, got asked all kinds of questions by a sales person who did not even look fit or active! I ended up spending less than half an hour at that gym and did not get to do all my exercises effectively. The equipment was either being used or i was being interrupted between sets and frankly the equipment was not the best. I ended up leaving frustrated and was followed up the next day to join that friggin' gym! Ha!
